Description
There are records of the term ‘cocktail’ dating back to 1798, it was on May 13, 1806, in The Balance and Columbian Repository, a newspaper in the state of New York, where the first written definition of the word appeared. It was in response to a reader’s query who asked about an article “What is a cocktail?”, to which the editor responded: “A cocktail is a stimulating alcoholic beverage composed of some variety of distillate, sugar, water and bitters.”

- Alexander: a little-known cocktail based on brandy, cocoa cream liqueur, liquid cream and a touch of nutmeg.
- Pisco Sour: Its recipe is considered cultural heritage of Peru. It is a refreshing, acidic and intense cocktail due to its Pisco base.
- Tequila Sunrise: Based on tequila, as its name suggests, but unlike its sister Margarita. This cocktail stands out for its sweetness provided by grenadine and fresh orange juice.
- French 75: An elegant cocktail based on brut cava and gin, with a refreshing and acidic flavor thanks to lemon juice.
- Strawberry Daiquiri: Without a doubt one of the names of cocktails, with a base of white rum, strawberry pulp and a citrus touch.
