Collection, exchanges and returns
PICKUP
Once the purchase has been made, a message will arrive by email confirming receipt of the purchase, as well as the corresponding information on the day and time of collection of the order you have selected.
You must collect your order, free of charge . at our store located at Carrer de Muntaner 85, 08036 Barcelona. Store pickup hours are only from Thursday to Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. de 16h a 21h y domingo de 11h a 14h.

We send you text/Whatsapp messages to inform you of any news related to the collection of your order. To receive these notifications, it is important to indicate your mobile phone number on the payment page.
Don’t forget that it is a delicate product (as if you bought ice cream in the supermarket). It must be kept in the refrigerator and we recommend its maximum consumption within 72 hours after purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 2 days from the moment you receive the product to make an exchange or return. Changes are accepted in the following cases:
- If your order has arrived broken or defective.
To process a return, contact us to offer you all the necessary help. You must send us an email to hola@lasjellys.com o send a Whatsapp to +34 667001297 indicating the following points::
- Reason for returning the product, attaching a photograph.
- What product do you want to change?
- Your personal information: full name, email and the telephone number with which you placed the order.
Once you have sent us the email, we will explain how to process the return.
In the event that your order has arrived in poor condition or defective, you have 2 days to notify us of said problem. The change options will be the following:
- Exchange the product for another identical one.
- If the product to be exchanged arrived in poor condition, we will cover the shipping costs.
